DOUBLEFLExX® Technology
This unique and patented double spiral reinforcement made of rigid PVC, which is the characteristic feature of the DOUBLEFLExX®, enables smooth gliding over surrounding materials while providing maximum protection against external influences. It reliably protects a wide range of goods during transport. Previous wear-related problems caused by spiral breaks puncturing the hose’s outer layer are also a thing of the past thanks to this solution.
GENESIS® Technology
The earthed steel wire moulded into the wall ensures the conductive properties of the hose, while at the same time it has all the other properties of a profiled hose. In contrast to solid plastic hoses, the steel wire also prevents the armouring from softening at high temperatures. Thanks to the optimised design, high axial rigidity and flexibility can be guaranteed. Hoses from this series are characterised by their smooth outer and inner walls, even when bent. In addition, our Genesis hoses offer properties that make them both gas and liquid-tight.
SMARTFLEX® Technology
All products in the SMARTFLEX® range combine four key properties: ‘flame-retardant’, ‘permanently antistatic’, ‘microbe-resistant’ and ‘hydrolysis-resistant’! This is precisely why they are regarded as the top choice for a wide variety of applications. With spring steel wire reinforcement, a small bending radius and a very smooth flow channel, they are the perfect complement to high-performance machines and complex systems!
Steady Mesh Technology (SMT)
Steady Mesh Technology in hose manufacturing is an innovative method specifically designed to improve the durability and flexibility of hoses. This technology involves the use of a stable and uniform mesh, which is incorporated into the hose to enhance its structural integrity and resistance to various physical stresses.
