It’s January and we still don’t have any snow or frozen lakes, but we do have a brand new year in front of us. What will the next 12 months hold for Oconomowoc?

What are your thoughts on the new Pabst Farm development? Do you think the value of homes with go up because of it?

I am also very interested in this topic. My husband and I are relocating to WI, and we would like to build a new home. With all of the new development going on, we are very interested in knowing if this would help our house value or hurt us.

I think Oconomowoc is on the verge of exploding, now whether that is good or bad is up for debate. In the last 5 years the area has undergone great change, and with the Pabst Farms development, that will only continue.
I think this year is going to be pivotal as far as gaging how the next few years will play out.
As far as home values, I think they’re only going to keep going up in Oconomowoc…
