School Dress Code?
It’s not enough we need to make the kids dress appropriately, but it sounds like some of the teachers need a lesson in dressing themselves. See Oconomowoc Area Schools – Dress code guidelines are not just for students any longer:
Shorts are to be of “walking” length and not of blue-jean material.
Pajama bottoms, hats and undergarments worn as outerwear are not allowed.
Blue jeans were green lighted by the committee. “People live in jeans,” explained Reinke.
It seems a little sad that they would have to mention that clothing should be “free of advertising of alcohol or tobacco products” but I suppose lack of common sense is found everywhere, including in our schools…
