Skating on Fowler
Sure watching ice skating in the Olympics is fun, but you could just get out on Fowler Lake and go ice skating yourself!
We’ve been disappointed with the flowing water of Fowler Lake preventing a nice freeze and solid ice, so we just headed for the north end of the lake: ample parking, benches to sit down and put your skates on, and no crowd.
Now if only we could skate for more than 10 minutes without wiping out!
