Does Wisconsin have dirty drinking water?
An environmental group that has looked at water records in 42 states says Wisconsin has the second-dirtiest drinking water in the country.
The Environmental Working Group says only California’s drinking water is more contaminated.
Hey at least we beat California! (Or they beat us, depending on how you look at it.)
Personally, I take the approach of “It’s ok for swimming in, but I wouldn’t want to drink it!”
Meaning, I buy water by the gallon from one of the many fine grocers in Oconomowoc. You should too, if you don’t have a reverse osmosis water purifier in your house…
