Theatre on Main
Yes, that’s right, real live performance, right here in Oconomowoc: Nonprofit theater to open in downtown:
Local residents hungry for live performance might agree, as would a trio of entrepreneurs opening a nonprofit playhouse in downtown Oconomowoc.
Lisa Muehlbauer, Kimm Mann and Ralph Garcia are set to bring a 150-seat community theater to Oconomowoc with the opening of Theatre on Main.
The three are just weeks away from opening the doors to their renovated digs, 25 S. Main St., where they will open their 2005-06 season with “Nunsense” on Oct. 21.
Theater fans rejoice! (If you’re interested in becoming involved with Theatre on Main as a volunteer, call 262-567-2238.)

This is great, i am very excited to try out for the upcoming annie jr, however i can find nothing in the newspapers telling when try outs are.I thought you would have a post someware, but to my dismay, you don’t. I just feel (along with others, i’m sure) you should have an update.

I to would like to know more information about Annie Jr. and the auditions. Are there certain ages you are looking for? And what are the performance dates. I’m the director of the middle school musical, and we will be doing our musical the week of May 8th, so I hope that there won’t be conflicts with the dates of both of our productions. I’m sure many of our students would be interested in auditioning for you, and doing a junior version does require that there is no one above the 9th grade level, but I don’t have any information to pass on to them. I would greatly appreciate getting some information that I could pass on to students, as well as my daughter, if she is old enough to participate. Thanks!

Good Morning: I left a message on the main number about 5 weeks ago. I’m trying to find out if you give tours of the facility. My Girl Scout Troop is working on their Theater badge, and this would be a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the theater and their community. I look forward to your response. Thanks!
