The amenities of Rockwell Village will include a selection of downtown condominium living offerings, including lofts, town homes, flats and garden penthouses, a small hotel, a student/community gallery, underground parking, a brew pub, a martini bar, a movie theater, restaurants, a coffee shop, and other retail offerings.

There is both excitement and concern about the development and it’s impact on the city. It will be interesting to follow as the project progresses.

    Where in Wisconsin is Rockwell Village located – need address.

    It has not been built yet, and the plans are still being revised.
