Pleasant Changes?
While it all sounds good, “a brew pub, a martini bar, a movie theater, restaurants, a coffee shop…” people are very concerned about The Rockwell Village Resort and Market (as previously mentioned.)
As a former resident of Pleasant Street, and a frequent user of Fowler Lake, seeing sky-high buildings along the shore doesn’t sound like the most pleasant thing. Oconomowoc has that great “small town” feeling right now, it’s a quiet, friendly place for people, whether walking, or boating, or just sitting outside enjoying the serenity.
Will it stay that way in the midst of the proposed changes?
