Not Paris Hilton
Recently spotted: A short, dark haired young woman, was seen walking around Fowler Lake carrying a very small dog. While the fact that she was not a tall blonde woman leads us to believe this was not Paris Hilton, we can’t help but think the “carrying of a tiny dog” bit may have been inspired by Ms. Hilton.
