My Place

We stopped by a (somewhat) new eatery in Oconomowoc named “My Place.” Clever name, eh? As in “Want to go to My Place?” ;)

They serve breakfast all the time, which is great if you love breakfast, but they’ve also got a nice looking sandwich menu, soups and salads, specials, sides, snacks, a kid’s menu and a variety of beverages. (Oh, don’t forget desserts!) We enjoyed a wonderful plate of french toast, sausage, bacon, and a cinnamon roll. The prices are good, and the location is nice. (You’ll have to find a place to park nearby.) We stopped by on a Saturday morning around 11 AM and it was pretty crowded, but all in all it was a fine dining experience.

    Marsha McNutt is my aunt and, though I may be a little biased, I can tell you you’ll definitely get your money’s worth at My Place. I know the Coffeehouse is a dream come true for Marsha and she won’t let you down. If all else fails, she’ll at least be able to entertain you with a quip or two about them crazy McNutts! : )
