Main Street Depot

Our most recent dining experience was at the Main Street Depot (Google Map) which was built in 1896 and served as the train depot for the city.

Besides a great location, the Main Street Depot also has a nice menu selection, including a kid’s menu (with activities and crayons) and an excellent bakery counter. It’s not exactly an intimate dining experience, as the main area is one very large room with a high ceiling, so if you like it whisper quiet, look elsewhere, but if you like a fun atmosphere and don’t mind some noise, you’re on the right track.

The Main Street Depot is one of those places that people always mention when talking about Oconomowoc. If you haven’t enjoyed a meal there yet, you should.
